We encourage you to carefully review each artwork listing, including the description, dimensions, photographs, and framing details (if applicable), before completing your purchase.

If you have any questions about prints, canvases or original paintings, please contact us through the Home page before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional details so you can purchase with confidence.

Color Accuracy:

We make every effort to accurately photograph and represent each original painting. Print and canvas reproductions are created from high-resolution scans of the original artwork, and all production proofs are approved by the artist.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and individual display settings. These variations are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

Shipping Damage:

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email your order number along with clear photographs of:

• The damaged artwork
• The shipping box and all packaging materials
• The shipping label

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the damage and, when appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement (if available), or another suitable resolution.

Lost Shipments:

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Original Artwork:

Each original oil painting is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted work of art created by the artist. Because every original painting is unique, all sales of original artwork are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for original artwork due to changes of mind, personal preference, or slight variations in color caused by differences in monitors, tablets, mobile devices, or individual display settings.
